How to request for an Email Sender ID

To request an email sender ID is very crucial as it enhances brand recognition and trust, making your messages easily recognizable. Having a sender ID improves deliverability by lowering the risk of being marked as spam and guarantees that your emails reach your intended audience. Here is a guide to request for an email sender ID. 



STEP 1: Locate the “Account” section on your dashboard.

STEP 2: Click on “Profile” from the drop-down menu.

STEP 3: Click on “Email Sender ID”. Fill in your email address (company/business email)  and select either promotional or transactional campaign.

STEP 4: Click on “REQUEST”.
