Yournotify provides tools for contacts and lists, segments, lead forms, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app campaigns, ads workflows, rewards, lifecycle automation, WebChat and conversations, templates, media library, sender IDs, domains, wallet and credits, developer APIs, SMTP, SMPP, webhooks, integrations, team access, reporting, and administrative operations.

We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, company details, profile settings, authentication data, billing status, wallet and credit activity, subscription details, sender IDs, sending domains, team roles, permissions, and support communications.
We collect campaign and workspace data you provide or generate, including contacts, lists, segments, custom fields, imported files, form submissions, lead records, templates, media assets, campaign names, campaign content, messages, rewards, ads, automation rules, lifecycle steps, chat conversations, tags, webhooks, API keys, SMTP or SMPP configuration, integration settings, and analytics events.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection related to personal information. Account owners can also manage contacts, unsubscribe lists, sender settings, team access, API keys, integrations, and campaign records inside the dashboard.
Recipients can use unsubscribe links, opt-out instructions, or contact the sender of a campaign. If you contact Yournotify about a message sent by one of our customers, we may direct the request to that customer where appropriate.
13. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries where Yournotify, our hosting providers, delivery partners, support providers, or other service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information when it is transferred or processed across borders, including contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards where appropriate.
