Disconnect A Google Workspace Integration

In the Yournotify add-on, choose Disconnect to revoke the add-on’s Yournotify refresh-token family and remove its locally stored OAuth credentials. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically delete Contacts, Lists, templates, campaigns, reports, billing records, or other content already held in your Yournotify workspace.

Request Account Or Integration Data Deletion

To request deletion, email hello@yournotify.com from the email address connected to your Yournotify account. Include the account or workspace name and describe whether you want the Google Workspace connection data, selected workspace records, or the full account deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.

You can also remove Contacts, Lists, campaigns, templates, integrations and team access from the Yournotify dashboard where those controls are available. Removing the Google Workspace add-on from Google does not by itself delete records previously synchronized into Yournotify.

What Happens Next

We will confirm the request, verify authority, explain any records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, backup or compliance purposes, and process eligible deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customer Contact Data

Yournotify customers remain responsible for the Contacts and campaign data they upload or synchronize. A recipient asking to remove data supplied by a Yournotify customer may be directed to that customer so the request can be handled by the appropriate data owner.
