Here's the step-by-step guide on how to create your account on yournotify.   STEP 1: Navigate to the "Get Started" button on your screen. STEP 2: Fill out the registration form. A confirmation link will be sent to your email (Kindly check your inbox for the confirmation link). STEP 3: After registration has been confirmed, "Sign In" using your details and click on "Submit". STEP 4: Welcome to  "Yournotify" .      

Uploading contacts in bulk saves time and effort compared to adding them individually. Importing from an Excel spreadsheet streamlines the process, allowing you to focus on campaign strategy and execution. With our system, validation is done automatically, removing invalid email addresses and duplicates for a clean and accurate contact list. Here is a guide on how to import and validate your contacts.   STEP 1: Locate the "Audience" Section from your dashboard. STEP 2: Click on "Contacts" from the drop-down menu. STEP 3: Click on "Add Contact", and select "Import Contacts" from the drop-down menu.  STEP 4: Our system automatically validates your contacts, eliminating invalid email addresses and duplicates. Simply select the contact file to upload in Excel format (it’s expected that your contacts are saved in this format) to ensure a clean list. Indicate If the list has automation setup. STEP 5: Ensure you match the appropriate columns as they appear in your file. Click 'Add Field' to include additional columns, which are helpful for segmentation. STEP 6: You have successfully imported your contacts. Click  "Submit".  

Maintaining a clean and organized contact list is essential for effective marketing campaigns. Duplicates can lead to confusion, wasted resources, and decreased engagement rates. By streamlining your contact list, you can enhance your marketing strategy and improve overall communication with your audience. Here is a guide on how to remove duplicates on yournotify.   STEP 1: Navigate to the "Audience" section from your dashboard and select "Contacts" from the drop- down menu. STEP 2: Click on "Remove" STEP 3: Select "Duplicates" from the drop-down.  STEP 4: Select "OK" to confirm that you want to remove the duplicate contacts from your list.

To request an email sender ID is very crucial as it enhances brand recognition and trust, making your messages easily recognizable. Having a sender ID improves deliverability by lowering the risk of being marked as spam and guarantees that your emails reach your intended audience. Here is a guide to request for an email sender ID.    STEP 1: From your Dashboard, Click on "Add Sender ID (Email)". STEP 2: Click on "Create SenderID". STEP 3: Fill in your email address (company/business email)  and select either promotional or transactional campaign. STEP 4: Click "Submit". STEP 5: Kindly head to your email to verify your sender ID  through the verification links that will be sent to you. Ensure that all three links are verified.  Timeframe: Your sender ID will be ready instantly. Note: For more than one sender IDs, it is compulsory that you subscribe or request for our enterprise package.  

To request an SMS sender ID is crucial, as it enables your messages to showcase your brand name or a familiar identifier instead of an unfamiliar phone number. This fosters trust and boosts the likelihood of recipients interacting with your messages. Follow the steps below to request an SMS sender ID.   STEP 1: From your Dashboard, Click on  "Add Sender ID (SMS)" . STEP 2: Click on "Create SenderID" STEP3 : Fill in your SMS SenderID (company/business) and select either promotional or transactional campaign. Add the SMS Template STEP 4: Click on "SUBMIT". Timeframe: SMS Sender ID registration takes two(2) weeks. Note: For more than one sender IDs, it is compulsory that you subscribe.

STEP 3: Click on "Add Contact", and select "Manual Contact" from the drop-down. STEP 5: Fill in the contact details. STEP 6: Click on "Submit".
