How to request for Email Sender ID

Requesting an email sender ID is crucial as it enhances brand recognition and trust, making your messages easily recognizable. Having a sender ID improves deliverability by lowering the risk of being marked as spam and guarantees that your emails reach your intended audience. Follow these steps to request an email sender ID.


STEP 1: Locate the “Account” section on your dashboard.

STEP 2: Click on “Profile” from the drop-down menu.

STEP 3: Click on “Email Sender ID”. Fill in your email address (company/business email)  and select either promotional or transactional campaign.

STEP 4: Click on “REQUEST”.
