How to upload contacts manually

Manually uploading contacts ensures that the contact’s information is accurate and complete. Verifying details such as email addresses and phone numbers reduces the risk of errors and improves message deliverability. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to upload your contacts manually.



STEP 1: Locate the “Audience” Section from your dashboard.

STEP 2: Click on “Contacts” from the drop-down menu.

STEP 3: Click on “Add contact”, and select “Manual” from the drop-down.


STEP 5: Fill in the contact details.

STEP 6: Click on “Submit”.
