Transactional Email Campaigns

Transactional emails are triggered by users’ actions and provide personalized, essential information. These emails, such as password resets, account confirmations, and payment receipts, are expected by customers and ensure timely, relevant communication. Unlike promotional emails, transactional emails focus on delivering important updates directly related to the user’s experience.

Transactional messages or campaigns can come as regular campaigns using full HTML, text, or template design, with no restrictions. However, they must not come with attachments.

Transactional SMS Campaigns

Transactional SMS are used to send essential alerts such as one-time passwords (OTPs) or verification codes and other informational messages to registered customers. These non-marketing messages are sent 24/7, bypassing DND restrictions to ensure reliable and timely communication for critical updates.

All transactional messages must adhere to specific guidelines for OTPs or verification codes. These codes should not exceed 10 characters in length and can include either integers or strings. This standard ensures secure and efficient communication, maintaining a seamless experience for customers.
