Templates help streamline your email and SMS campaigns, but not all templates need to be active at all times. Instead of deleting a template, you can deactivate it, which keeps it saved in your account without making it available for use. When needed, you can reactivate it without having to create a new one from scratch. Here is how to activate or deactivate a template.
