How can I activate or deactivate my automations?

Automations streamline your marketing efforts, but sometimes you may need to pause a specific automation without deleting it. Deactivating an automation stops it from running while preserving its setup, so you can easily reactivate it when needed. Here is how to activate or deactivate your automations.

STEP 1: From your dashboard, navigate to the “Engagement” section

STEP 2: Select “Automation” from the drop-down menu

STEP 3: Find the automation you want to activate or deactivate. Click on “Actions” next to it and select “deactivate” or “activate”.
