An SMS sender ID is the brand name or identity displayed with your message. Choose the sender category that fits the messages you plan to send.

1. Open Sender ID in your dashboard and select SMS.
2. Create your sender request with the requested business and message details.
3. Choose the appropriate promotional or transactional use.
4. Track the sender status in your account and select it once ready for sending.
