STEP 3: Click on "Create List" STEP 4: Fill in the necessary details and select either "Single opt in" or "Double opt in". (Single Opt-in: This method does not necessitate asking for permission from contacts on your list. Double Opt-in: This method requires you to seek permission from contacts on your list.) STEP 5: Click on "Submit".

With our system, validation is done automatically, removing invalid email addresses and duplicates for a clean and accurate contact list. Here is a guide on how to import and validate your contacts. STEP 1: Locate the "Audience" Section from your dashboard. STEP 2: Click on "Contacts" from the drop-down menu. STEP 3: Click on "Add Contact", and select "Import Contacts" from the drop-down menu. STEP 4: Our system automatically validates your contacts, eliminating invalid email addresses and duplicates. Simply select the contact file to upload in Excel format (it’s expected that your contacts are saved in this format) to ensure a clean list. Indicate If the list has automation setup. STEP 5: Ensure you match the appropriate columns as they appear in your file. Click 'Add Field' to include additional columns, which are helpful for segmentation. STEP 6: You have successfully imported your contacts. Click "Submit".

STEP 5: Kindly head to your email to verify your sender ID through the verification links that will be sent to you. Ensure that all three links are verified. Timeframe: Your sender ID will be ready instantly. Note: For more than one sender IDs, it is compulsory that you subscribe or request for our enterprise package.

Timeframe: SMS Sender ID registration takes two(2) weeks. Note: For more than one sender IDs, it is compulsory that you subscribe.
