Templates help streamline your email and SMS campaigns, but not all templates need to be active at all times. Instead of deleting a template, you can deactivate it, which keeps it saved in your account without making it available for use. When needed, you can reactivate it without having to create a new one from scratch. Here is how to activate or deactivate a template.

STEP 1: From your dashboard, navigate to the “Campaigns” section

STEP 2: Select “Templates” from the drop-down menu

STEP 3: Find the template you want to activate or deactivate. Click on “Actions” next to it and select “deactivate” or “activate”.
