Calls
Yes. Yournotify Calls lets you prepare a live call with an assigned Calls sender and a customer telephone number. Connect your microphone and use the browser calling workflow to speak with the customer.
Call history keeps the interaction available for follow-up and reporting.
You need an active Calls sender, a supported destination number, a funded wallet and a working browser microphone. Calls uses its own assigned sender identity, which is separate from a Voice campaign sender.
Choose the contact or enter the destination, review the setup and start the call when you are ready to speak.
Calls includes inbound forwarding settings for an active Calls sender. Configure the regular phone number that should receive incoming calls, along with the available duration and recording settings.
Once forwarding is enabled, incoming call records appear in Calls history so your team can follow up with the caller.
Open Calls and select the relevant record to review its direction, status, duration and charge. Where recording is enabled and available for the call, the recording appears when processing is complete.
Use the record to see what happened and identify the next customer action. A new draft or duplicated record does not start a call until you initiate it.
