Uploading contacts in bulk saves time and effort compared to adding them individually. Importing from an Excel spreadsheet streamlines the process, allowing you to focus on campaign strategy and execution. With our system, validation is done automatically, removing invalid email addresses and duplicates for a clean and accurate contact list. Here is a guide on how to import and validate your contacts.
STEP 1: Locate the “Audience” Section from your dashboard.
STEP 2: Click on “Contacts” from the drop-down menu.
STEP 3: Click on “Add contact”, and select “Import” from the drop-down menu.
STEP 4: Our system automatically validates your contacts, eliminating invalid email addresses and duplicates. Simply select the contact file to upload in Excel format (it’s expected that your contacts are saved in this format) to ensure a clean list.
STEP 5: Ensure you match the appropriate columns as they appear in your file. Click ‘Add Field’ to include additional columns, which are helpful for segmentation.
STEP 7: You have successfully imported your contacts. Click “Submit”.
