You don’t need to delete a form if you no longer need it or want to pause its responses. Instead, you can simply deactivate it. Deactivated forms are still saved in your account, but they won’t be accessible to respondents until you reactivate them. This allows you to manage your forms efficiently without losing any data. Here is how to activate or deactivate your forms.

STEP 1: From your dashboard, navigate to the “Audience” section

STEP 2: Select “Forms” from the drop-down menu

STEP 3: Find the form you want to activate or deactivate. Click on Actions next to the form and select deactivate or activate.
